PACKAGE PICK-UP POLICY

Get your friends and family to follow you… home.  Refer everyone you know to live at The Pines at Castle Rock, and after your referral signs a lease, you will receive $100.00   What are you waiting for start toing everyone that you know….

Be aware of the rules concerning where your pets can be when they are outside your apartment home.  Don’t let your dog roam free in the complex; promptly clean up any messes your pet make; and don’t let your parrot practice his opera while you’re at work.  Be aware of any noise your pet(s) may make while you are at work or school.  Ask a neighbor who’s home during the day about it to see if your pet(s) are causing noise problems.

And would like to thank those of you who recently renewed your lease.  We are glad you have decided to stay with us and we want your stay to be a happy one.  If you have not signed a new lease and your lease is expiring soon, please call our office.  We will prepare a new one and have it ready for your signature.

PIZZA PARTNERSHIP

The Pines at Castle Rock has partnered up with Papa Johns to pass savings to our residents.  Every Monday and Tuesday night if you call Papa Johns at 720-733-6766 from 5PM-7PM for either pick up or delivery you can get a Large One Topping Pizza for $7.00, just for being a resident at The Pines at Castle Rock.
